We keep the contact and business details of the people we deal with (name, job title, email, phone and company details), and the records of our work together: enquiries, quotes, orders, drawings, invoices, payments and correspondence. We use them to quote, make, deliver and invoice your orders, to keep the accounting records the law requires, and to support your signage later on.

We never see or store card numbers: online payments are made on Peach Payments' secure checkout. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We never sell personal information. We share it only as needed to do the work: with Peach Payments for online payments, couriers for delivery, our accounting system (Xero) and accountants, and the providers who host our systems, some of which store data outside South Africa under comparable data-protection laws.

We keep project records with no end date, so we can reorder, repair or extend your signage years later. By accepting a quote you agree to this. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, except for records the law requires us to keep, such as tax records (at least 5 years).

We send customers occasional news about Vista products and projects. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to stop at sales@redhand.co.za.
